- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Turkey Breast Fillets
- 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
- - Tropical Sun Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine creme fraiche and 1 can of cream of celery soup. Mix until smooth.
- 3. Rinse 1 lb of boneless, skinless turkey breast and pat it dry. Place the turkey pieces into the soup mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of onion powder evenly over the top of the turkey and soup mixture.
- 5. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the casserole dish, pouring it around the edges to avoid disturbing the soup mix topping.
- 6. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to slightly brown the top.
- 8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with rice or bread for a complete meal.
