  • 295G Heinz Weight Watchers Tomato Soup
  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • 200G Picard - Breaded Shrimp
  • 500 Ml Dios Baco Pedro Ximenez Sherry, 500Ml
  • 3 Pcs Green Lime 3 Pcs

Instructions

  1. 1. In a heavy saucepan, combine 1 can of tomato soup and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  2. 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, whisking occasionally to prevent scorching.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1/2 lb of crabmeat and 1/2 lb of shrimp. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is heated through.
  4. 4. Before serving, ladle the bisque into individual bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of sherry to each bowl and stir gently to blend. Garnish each bowl with a thin slice of lime floated on top. Serve immediately.
