- 200G Picard - Breaded Shrimp
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- - Kerrymaid UHT Whipping Cream
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 1 L Itsu Sesame Chicken Broth For Noodles For 4
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Lightly toss 1 lb shrimp in 2 tbsp flour until evenly coated.
- 2. Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 3. Add 2 chopped green onions to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Remove the shrimp and onions from the skillet and set aside. Pour 1 cup chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil, cooking until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 5. Lower the heat and stir in 1 cup whipping cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- 6. Return the shrimp and onions to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
- 7. Serve the shrimp and sauce over cooked rice. Pair with broiled tomatoes and steamed broccoli for a colorful and balanced meal.
