- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Paprika
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- 25G Schwartz Creamy Pepper Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Drain and rinse 3 cans of green beans, then set aside.
- 2. Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add 3 chopped green onions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Stir in 1 pound of sliced mushrooms and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms release their moisture and begin to brown.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Sprinkle this mixture over the mushrooms and stir well to coat.
- 6. Gradually pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce. Add a few drops of pepper sauce to taste.
- 7. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for 1 minute, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- 8. Add the drained green beans to the skillet and stir until well combined and heated through.
- 9. Serve hot as a comforting main dish or a side for dinner.
