Ingredients

  • 850 Ml Tropicana Long Life Pure Original Orange Fruit Juice With Bits
  • - Everest Paneer
  • 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
  • 50G Niharti Cinnamon Taj-Dalchini Powder 50g
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tsp cornstarch, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt.
  2. 2. Stir in 4 tbsp orange juice and 1 cup fresh cranberries, mixing well to dissolve the cornstarch.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and the cranberries soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. While the glaze is cooking, lightly pan-sear 400 g paneer steaks in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Once the glaze is ready, spoon it generously over the seared paneer steaks and serve warm as a flavorful dinner centerpiece.
