- - Everest Paneer
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
- 50G Niharti Cinnamon Taj-Dalchini Powder 50g
- - Tata Salt

- 1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tsp cornstarch, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- 2. Stir in 4 tbsp orange juice and 1 cup fresh cranberries, mixing well to dissolve the cornstarch.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and the cranberries soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. While the glaze is cooking, lightly pan-sear 400 g paneer steaks in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
