- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Rehydrate the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
- 3. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions, ginger, and garlic, sautéing until golden and aromatic.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- 6. Add the soy chunks, stirring to coat them evenly with the spices.
- 7. Pour in coconut milk and water, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 8. Drain the millet and add it to the pan, stirring well to combine.
- 9. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer until the millet is cooked and fluffy.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
