Ingredients
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- 200G East End Desiccated Coconut
- 400 Ml Biona Organic Coconut Whipping Cream
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Biona Organic Coconut Whipping Cream and whip it until soft peaks form. This will create the creamy base for the ice cream.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix the Tropical Sun Coconut Milk and White Granulated Sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved. This ensures even sweetness throughout the mixture.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped coconut cream into the coconut milk and sugar mixture. Use a spatula to combine them carefully, maintaining the airy texture of the whipped cream.
- 4. Add the East End Desiccated Coconut to the mixture and stir gently to distribute it evenly. This will enhance the coconut flavor and add texture to the ice cream.
- 5. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Mix thoroughly to ensure the sugar is fully incorporated.
- 6. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- 7. If using a freezer, cover the container and freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours or until firm. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes during the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- 8. Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls and enjoy your homemade Coconut Ice Cream!
