Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Louis Francois Gelatine Sheets, 1Kg
  • 850 Ml Tropicana Long Life Pure Original Orange Fruit Juice With Bits
  • - London Essence Delicate Ginger Ale
  • 308G Roasted Sunflower Seeds, 308G
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
  • 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G

Instructions

  1. 1. Sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of lemon juice in a glass measuring cup and let it soften for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Place the measuring cup over a bowl of hot water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 1/4 cups of orange juice, and 2 cups of ginger ale. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  4. 4. Add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate the mixture, stirring every 10 minutes, until it reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites (about 30-40 minutes).
  5. 5. Gently fold in 2 cups of orange sections and 2/3 cup of roasted sunflower seeds until evenly distributed.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/4-quart ring mold or a glass bowl. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. 7. Once set, unmold onto a serving plate or serve directly from the bowl. Enjoy your Citrus Ginger Ale Delight!
