Ingredients
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 100G Pommery Espelette Pepper Mustard, 100G
- 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 750G Natco Almonds 750g
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 1 cup of almonds and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper. Whisk until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- 3. Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
- 4. In a large salad bowl, combine 1 head of romaine lettuce (chopped), 1 thinly sliced red onion, and the toasted almonds.
- 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- 6. Serve immediately as a refreshing dinner option.
