Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and cook the brown rice in salted water until tender, then set aside to cool slightly.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the black beans, and set them aside for later use in the bowl.
  3. 3. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. 4. Mix chipotle powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to make the seasoning blend.
