- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- NaN Fresh Halal Chicken Breast - Boneless Without Skin
- 400G Natco Extra Rich Coconut Cream, 400G
- NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
- - Oregano 100g
- - Biona Organic Whole Cherry Tomatoes
- - Tata Salt
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the tortelloni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the coconut cream and -free basil pesto, mixing well to create a creamy sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the cooked tortelloni, cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach to the skillet. Toss everything together until the tortelloni is well coated in the sauce and the spinach has wilted.
