Ingredients

  • 200G Tumisan Kari Ayam Paste For Chicken Curry, 200G
  • - Jalpur Whole Millet Seeds Bajri Whole
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
  • 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
  • - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
  • 450G Shazans Chicken Breast
  • - Trs Ginger Paste
  • 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • - Mccormick Cumin Powder
  • - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse the millet thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat until golden and fully cooked, around 8-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Slice the green chili and chop the fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
  7. 7. Assemble the cooked millet in serving bowls and top them with the chicken tikka pieces.
  8. 8. Garnish with green chili slices and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Serve warm and enjoy a nutritious start to your day.
