Ingredients
- 200G Tumisan Kari Ayam Paste For Chicken Curry, 200G
- - Jalpur Whole Millet Seeds Bajri Whole
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 450G Shazans Chicken Breast
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Rinse the millet thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat until golden and fully cooked, around 8-10 minutes.
- 6. Slice the green chili and chop the fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
- 7. Assemble the cooked millet in serving bowls and top them with the chicken tikka pieces.
- 8. Garnish with green chili slices and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 9. Serve warm and enjoy a nutritious start to your day.
