Ingredients

  • - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
  • 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • - Tiberino 1888 Polenta With Aromatic Herbs
  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • NaN Organic Golden Flaxseed Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. In a pan, combine 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/2 cup of finely diced onion. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flaxseed flour, 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the cooked spinach and onion mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Gradually fold in 1 package of polenta until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
