- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- - Tiberino 1888 Polenta With Aromatic Herbs
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- NaN Organic Golden Flaxseed Flour
Instructions
- 1. In a pan, combine 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/2 cup of finely diced onion. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flaxseed flour, 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder until well combined.
- 3. Add the cooked spinach and onion mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Gradually fold in 1 package of polenta until a dough forms.
- 4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- 5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 6. Shape the chilled dough into one-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bites are light golden brown.
