  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
  • - Co-Op British Milk Soured Cream
  • - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Schwartz Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of lean ground beef with 1 diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Add 2 packages (10 oz each) of thawed and drained chopped spinach to the skillet. Stir well and cover the skillet to allow the spinach to steam and mix with the beef mixture, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of light sour cream. Mix thoroughly until the sauce is evenly combined with the beef and spinach mixture.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. 6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
