- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with a small amount of oil or butter.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of green peas, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- 4. Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 5. In a separate bowl, gently fold 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into 1 cup of double cream.
