Ingredients
- 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 308G Roasted Sunflower Seeds, 308G
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Clean and core 1/2 head of cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized chunks. Place the chunks in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Finely chop 1/3 cup of onion and 1 cup of celery. Add them to the bowl with the cauliflower.
- 3. Add 2 cups of green beans (thawed) and 1 cup of sunflower seeds to the bowl.
- 4. Pour 1 cup of greek yogurt over all the ingredients in the bowl. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- 5. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 3 hours, stirring once every hour to ensure the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Serve the salad cold as a light and nutritious dinner option.
