- - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 400G Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk, 400G
- 227G Paxo Golden Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized flowerets and cook them in a small amount of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain well.
- 3. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and place the cooked cauliflower flowerets evenly in the dish. Set aside.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 can of coconut milk, 8 oz of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
