- - Biona Organic Risotto Brown Rice
- 100 Ml Littlepod Pure Vanilla Extract, 100Ml
- 250Ml Shady Maple Farms Organic Maple Syrup
- - Tata Salt
- 125G Valencia Fried Almonds With Salt, 125G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 cup of brown rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Soak 7/8 cup of almonds in water for 2-3 hours. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a blender, combine the soaked brown rice, soaked almonds, 1/4 teaspoon of, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
- 4. Gradually add another 1 to 2 cups of water while blending to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- 5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- 6. Add additional water to the strained liquid to make up to 1/2 gallon. Stir well, taste, and adjust sweetness or salt if needed.
- 7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
