Ingredients
- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 600 Ml Bristol Syrup Co Lime Juice, 600Ml
- 280G Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, 280G
- 100 G East End Garlic Powder
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- NaN Aroy-D Coconut Milk
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the tofu cubes in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated tofu until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
- 5. Thinly slice the red bell pepper, red onion, and cucumber while the tofu cooks.
- 6. In a small bowl, whisk coconut milk with a pinch of salt and lime juice for a creamy sauce.
- 7. Lay the gluten-free tortillas flat and spread a layer of the coconut sauce on each.
- 8. Add the sautéed tofu, fresh vegetables, and coriander leaves onto the tortillas evenly.
- 9. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the ends to secure the filling.
- 10. Serve the wraps with an optional side of lime wedges for added zest.
