- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- 1 kg Cabbage 1 Kg
- 1 Kg Natco Mung Dal (Moong Dal) Yellow, 1Kg
- NaN Mehar Shahi Paneer

- 500 g Dehaat Honest Farms Unpolished Rajma Kashmiri - Pesticide Free 500 G
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch

Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in the desiccated coconut and Caribbean spice blend, cooking for 2 more minutes.
- 5. Remove the spinach mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- 6. Lay out the lettuce leaves and spoon the spinach mixture evenly onto each leaf.
- 7. Sprinkle grated Eatlean Protein Cheese over the spinach filling.
- 8. Drizzle lemon juice over each wrap for a zesty touch.
- 9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 10. Roll each lettuce leaf tightly around the filling to create wraps.
- 11. Secure the wraps with toothpicks if needed and serve immediately.
