- 1 Piece Fresh Green Pumpkin Piece I 1kg
- - Billington'S Light Brown Soft Sugar
- - Mace Powder Organic 25g
- - Maldon Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and fibers. Peel the pumpkin and slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground mace, 1/4 teaspoon, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 4. Arrange the pumpkin slices in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Layer the apple slices evenly on top of the pumpkin.
- 5. Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture evenly over the pumpkin and apples.
