- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper

- 250G Ginger - 250g
- NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
- 250 Ml Bellei Balsamic Vinegar Of Modena Density 1,12
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 200 ml Ghee
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- Rinse lentils and cook them with 3 cups of water until soft and mushy (about 20 minutes).
- Cook basmati rice separately with 2 cups of water until tender.
- Heat ghee in a small pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the tadka (tempering) over the cooked lentils and stir gently.
- Season with salt and serve hot over rice.
