- 200G Natoora Organic British Green Kale
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat 4 eggs until well mixed.
- 3. Add 2/3 cup milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg to the eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups cooked quinoa, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, and 20 ounces of thawed and drained kale.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture into the quinoa and kale mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- 6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
