- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G

Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Heat 1/8 cup olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 8 oz diced onion and 4 oz chopped celery, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- 3. Stir in 3 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp crushed hot pepper, and 1/2 tsp. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add 1 can of tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Add 3 lb of diced head cabbage and 1/2 a chopped new cabbage to the skillet. Cover lightly and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- 6. Remove the skillet from heat and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup cut Parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
- 7. Transfer the cabbage mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
