  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 525°F and grease a baking sheet lightly with oil.
  2. 2. In a shallow bowl, mix 1/4 cup of milk with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  3. 3. Crush 1 cup of cornflakes into fine crumbs and place them in another shallow bowl.
  4. 4. Dip each paneer slice into the salted milk, ensuring it is well-coated, then press it into the crushed cornflakes to coat thoroughly on both sides.
  5. 5. Arrange the coated paneer slices on the greased baking sheet and drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over the tops.
