- - Forest Whole Foods Ltd Organic Corn Flakes
- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 525°F and grease a baking sheet lightly with oil.
- 2. In a shallow bowl, mix 1/4 cup of milk with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 3. Crush 1 cup of cornflakes into fine crumbs and place them in another shallow bowl.
- 4. Dip each paneer slice into the salted milk, ensuring it is well-coated, then press it into the crushed cornflakes to coat thoroughly on both sides.
- 5. Arrange the coated paneer slices on the greased baking sheet and drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over the tops.
- 6. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over each slice for added flavor and color.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the paneer is golden and crispy. Serve hot.
