Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish lightly with butter or oil.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon salt with fresh spinach leaves. Spread the spinach mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3. Arrange 500 g of halal-certified chicken pieces over the spinach layer.
  4. 4. In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 cup gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt to form a smooth paste.
