Ingredients

  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
  • 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
  • - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
  • 2 Kg Ktc Superfine Gram Flour 2kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of gram flour and 2 cups of oats.
  3. 3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of nutritional yeast and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the dry mixture for a hint of spice.
  4. 4. Grate 1/2 pound of cheddar cheese and mix it into the bowl until evenly distributed.
  5. 5. Melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and pour it into the mixture. Stir well until the dough comes together.
  6. 6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
  7. 7. Flatten each ball gently with the tines of a fork to create a crisp shape.
