Ingredients

  • 1 Pc Cauliflower 1 Pc 500g To 700g
  • 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
  • - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • - Petti Delicato Extra Fine Passata
  • 250G Granoro Breadcrumbs, 250G
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Nearly Naked Veg Basil 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Trim 1 medium cauliflower into small florets and set aside. Lightly grease a deep ovenproof dish with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs and toss until they are crisp and golden. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
  4. 4. In a bowl, combine 2 cups passata with 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil.
  5. 5. Place the cauliflower florets in the prepared ovenproof dish. Pour the passata basil sauce evenly over the cauliflower.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs over the sauce-covered cauliflower, followed by 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender, the cheese is melted, and the top is golden brown.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as a satisfying dinner option.
