- 100G Natco Paprika Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- - Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 200 Ml Minus 8 Vinegar Dehydr8, 200Ml
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup coarse black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 cup vinegar, and 1 clove of garlic, minced, to create the marinade.
- 2. On a clean surface, prepare the marinade mixture for use as a coating for your chosen vegetables.
- 3. Transfer your chosen vegetables to a large Ziploc bag and pour the prepared marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring everything is fully coated, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- 4. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the marinated vegetables from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the used marinade.
- 5. Grill the marinated vegetables for 4-5 minutes on each side or adjust the cooking time to your preferred doneness. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 6. Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables.
