Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 cup of noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked shrimp, 1/4 cup of chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup of sliced green onions, and 1/4 cup of chopped cucumber.
