Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2. Sprinkle the pork shoulder joint with meat tenderizer according to label directions and place it in a Dutch oven.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup Asian BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. 4. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the pork shoulder joint, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. 5. Cover the Dutch oven tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
