- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup white wine, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 2. Place 3 chicken breasts in a large sturdy plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- 4. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, ensuring they are skin-side down.
- 5. Bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes. Then, turn the chicken over so the skin side is up and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
