Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 tbsp ground allspice, 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg, 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp dried leaf thyme.
- 2. Add 2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 3/4 cup white vinegar to the bowl. Mix well to form a marinade.
- 3. Place 500 g chicken breast into the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

- 5. While the chicken cooks, finely chop 3 green onions and 1 cup white onion. Use these as a garnish or mix them into a side salad for serving.
- 6. Serve the cooked chicken hot, garnished with the chopped onions, and enjoy your Asian-inspired spiced chicken dinner.
