- 375G Birds Eye Chicken Shop Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 250G Adi Apicoltura Organic Orange Honey
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1 Kg Coarse Sea Salt, 1Kg
Instructions
- 1. Cut each chicken wing at the joint to make 3 pieces, discarding the wing tips.
- 2. Place the chicken wings in a shallow container.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 2 tsp coarse sea salt.
- 4. Pour the mixture over the chicken wings.
- 5. Cover the container and refrigerate the wings for 8 to 10 hours, turning occasionally to ensure even coating.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 7. Arrange the coated wings in a shallow baking dish.
- 8. Bake the wings for 1 hour, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- 9. Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
