- 3 Pcs Green Lime 3 Pcs
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
- - Biona Organic Risotto Brown Rice
- 300G Hls Msc Hake Skin On Fillet Portions
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, the zest of 1 lime, and 1 minced clove of garlic. Mix well to create the crust mixture.
- 3. Place 4 hake fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle each fillet with the juice of half a lime.
- 4. Evenly distribute the cilantro and garlic mixture over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere to the fish.
- 5. Bake the hake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. While the fish bakes, steam 2 cups of broccoli florets according to package instructions or until tender.
- 7. Cook 2 2/3 cups of brown rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
