Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and cook quinoa in water until fluffy, then let it cool completely.
  2. 2. Finely chop spinach and lightly sauté it in a pan with olive oil until wilted.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, sautéed spinach, chickpea flour, and rice flour.
  4. 4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture into small kebabs using your hands, ensuring they hold together well.
