Instructions
- 1. Rinse and cook quinoa in water until fluffy, then let it cool completely.
- 2. Finely chop spinach and lightly sauté it in a pan with olive oil until wilted.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, sautéed spinach, chickpea flour, and rice flour.
- 4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to the mixture.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small kebabs using your hands, ensuring they hold together well.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C, lightly grease the basket, and place the kebabs inside.
- 7. Air-fry the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway for even cooking.
