- 70G La Chinata Hot Smoked Paprika, 70G
- - Amul Masti Dahi
- - Vandevi Asafoetida 50g
- - Pataks Lime Pickle
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Piece Buy Fresh Courgettes Zucchini Online | Alli Bhavan 750g
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch

- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly under cold water, then cook them in a pot with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Place the chopped bell peppers and courgette on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and roast for 20-25 minutes until caramelized and tender.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with chopped coriander, ground cumin, hing, and a pinch of salt to make the dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 4. In a large serving bowl, arrange the cooked lentils as the base. Top with roasted vegetables, fresh spinach leaves, and a generous drizzle of the yogurt-coriander dressing.
