- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 250 G Sempio Gochujang
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Ginger - 100g
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 2X250G Pork Loin Steaks 2X250G
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the pork by slicing it into thin strips. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and rice vinegar, then toss the pork to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same wok, add the remaining sesame oil and sauté the sliced bell peppers, baby corn, and grated ginger for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Add the crushed Szechuan peppercorns, chili paste, sugar, and remaining soy sauce to the wok. Stir well to combine, creating a spicy sauce.
- 6. Return the cooked pork to the wok, followed by the cooked noodles. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the sauce.
- 7. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Stir for another minute to warm through.
