Instructions

- 5. Add a handful of Planet Organic G's Baby Leaf Spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- 6. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushroom stems, garlic, and spinach with 50g of Philadelphia Original Soft Cream Cheese, 50g of Violife Feta Style Non-Dairy Cheese Alternative, 30g of Gioiella Apulian Burrata Soft Cheese, and 30g of Milky'S Akkawi Baladi Cheese. Mix well to create a creamy filling.
- 7. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Forest Whole Foods Ltd Organic White Breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped), and a pinch of Top-Op Table Salt Drums. Mix until the filling is evenly combined.
- 8. Optional: If desired, pierce a Solgar Wild Oregano Oil Softgel and add a few drops of the oil to the filling for an extra layer of flavor. Mix thoroughly.
- 9. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the prepared filling and place them on the lined baking tray.
- 10. Drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with a little Olive Oil – Organic to help them brown in the oven.
- 11. Bake the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
- 12. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley if desired.
- 13. Serve the Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms warm as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy!
