Ingredients
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the soup base by boiling 8 cups of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes to warm through.
- 2. While the soup base is cooking, defrost 1 cup of spinach in the microwave or on the stovetop until softened.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of almond flour until smooth and lump-free.
- 4. Once the soup base is ready, bring it to a rolling boil. Stir in the defrosted spinach, followed by the almond milk and almond flour mixture. Stir continuously to avoid lumps and allow the soup to thicken slightly.
- 5. Crack 1 egg into a small bowl, whisk it lightly, and slowly drizzle it into the boiling soup while stirring. This will create delicate egg ribbons. Let the soup simmer for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the egg is fully cooked.
- 6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with freshly ground black pepper or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
