Ingredients

  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
  • NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
  • Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the soup base by boiling 8 cups of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes to warm through.
  2. 2. While the soup base is cooking, defrost 1 cup of spinach in the microwave or on the stovetop until softened.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of almond flour until smooth and lump-free.
  4. 4. Once the soup base is ready, bring it to a rolling boil. Stir in the defrosted spinach, followed by the almond milk and almond flour mixture. Stir continuously to avoid lumps and allow the soup to thicken slightly.
  5. 5. Crack 1 egg into a small bowl, whisk it lightly, and slowly drizzle it into the boiling soup while stirring. This will create delicate egg ribbons. Let the soup simmer for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the egg is fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with freshly ground black pepper or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
