Ingredients
- - Prime British Sirloin Steak
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Score both sides of the steak by making shallow cuts in a diamond pattern. Pound the steak with a meat mallet until it flattens to a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
- 3. In a bowl, mix together 20 oz of chopped spinach and 2 tsp of nutritional yeast until well combined.
- 4. Spread the spinach and nutritional yeast mixture evenly over the flattened steak.
- 5. Sprinkle 2 tsp of minced garlic evenly over the spinach and nutritional yeast layer.
- 6. Roll the steak tightly from one short side to the other, jelly roll style. Secure the roll with toothpicks spaced about 1 inch apart.
- 7. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled steak into 8 one-inch thick slices.
- 8. Place the slices cut-side up on a cookie sheet coated with olive oil.
- 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the steak reaches medium doneness.
- 10. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
