Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a dough.
- 3. Press the dough evenly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- 4. Cook 2 cups of fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 5. In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
