Ingredients

  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 2 Per Pack Natoora White Onions
  • - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 200G Daylesford Organic Unsalted Butter
  • - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 150G Najma Turkey Slices
  • 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour 1 tablespoon of Daylesford Organic Unsalted Butter into a large non-stick skillet. Turn the heat to medium-high and add 150 g diced green pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the pepper is lightly browned and crisp, about 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 1 diced green pepper, 1/2 diced white onion, and 8 sliced button mushrooms to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp, about 2 minutes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon Tata Salt and 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Black Ground BWFO. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  3. 3. Clean out the skillet and set it back on the stove. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1/2 diced white onion and 1/2 diced green pepper. Season with a pinch of Tata Salt and Pepper Black Ground BWFO.
  4. 4. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Daylesford Organic Unsalted Butter to the skillet and turn the heat to medium-high. When melted, add the vegetable mixture to the skillet. Let it cook for a few seconds, then use a spatula to push the cooked vegetables towards the center of the pan, tilting the pan to let the uncooked vegetables drip towards the sides.
  5. 5. When the middle is still slightly runny, add a quarter of the vegetable mixture and 2 slices of shredded Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese on one half of the omelet. Carefully fold the omelet over and let it cook until the cheese melts, flipping halfway through. Transfer the omelet to a plate.
  6. 6. Repeat the process three more times with the remaining ingredients to make a total of four omelets. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings like salsa or sour cream.
