- 324G Borough Broth Low Fodmap Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 Kg Louis Francois Citric Acid Powder, 1Kg
- 1 kg Arrowroot Powder - Size - 1 Kg
Instructions
- 1. Pound the chicken breasts to 1/8-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
- 2. Lay each chicken breast flat and place one slice of gruyere cheese and 3 asparagus stalks on top. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken roll-ups and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- 4. Add 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 minced clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/8 teaspoon of citric acid to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes, turning the roll-ups once halfway through.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the remaining chicken broth with 1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder until smooth. Stir this mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
