  • 400G Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 3/4 cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Then, add the chia mixture to the bowl.
  3. 3. Add 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese, 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon mixed dried herbs, and 1 gram pot cottage cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Wash and slice 3 mushrooms. Peel and grate 1 carrot. Peel and finely chop 1 onion. Wash and chop 2 tomatoes.
  5. 5. Add the mushrooms, carrot, onion, and tomatoes to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and spread it evenly.
  7. 7. Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese over the top.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is set.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy hot or cold.
