- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- 113G Royal Baking Powder Tin, 113G
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the eggplant and cut it into finger-sized strips. Set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- 3. Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- 4. Dip each eggplant strip into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 375°F. Fry the coated eggplant strips in batches until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 6. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve warm.
