Ingredients

  • 3 Pcs Green Lime 3 Pcs
  • 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
  • - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
  • 200G Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 100G Kala Namak - Indian Black Salt, 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Prepare the sweet potato mash by peeling and boiling sweet potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, mash them with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  3. 3. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, finely chop garlic and green pepper. Sauté them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil until softened and fragrant. Set aside as a topping or garnish.
  4. 4. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of juice from one of the limes. Brush the fillets lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6. While the salmon is grilling, lightly toast slices of bread. Optionally, you can spread a bit of olive oil or butter on the bread for added flavor.
  7. 7. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it alongside a generous serving of sweet potato mash. Top the mash with the sautéed garlic and green pepper mixture for added flavor.
  8. 8. Serve the dish with the toasted bread on the side and garnish with additional wedges of lime for a fresh citrus kick.
