- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- 600 Ml Bristol Syrup Co Lime Juice, 600Ml
- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- 250G The London Honey Co Ginger & Turmeric Honey, 250G
- 500 Ml Amoy Pure Sesame Oil
- 150 Ml Artisan Soy Sauce - Kioke Damashii 3 Yr Old, 150Ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 4 salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup salad oil, 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Whisk until well blended.
- 3. Brush the lime and honey glaze generously over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- 4. Preheat a grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grill grates or use a greased grill basket.
- 5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with the remaining glaze, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges if desired.
