Ingredients

  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
  • - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
  • 310G Fallot Dijon Mustard, 310G
  • 250G Fresh Green Beans - 250G
  • - Milkfood Rich Desi Ghee
  • 1 Jar Rowse Clear Honey
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the salmon fillets inside. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
  2. 2. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, honey, and unsalted butter. Heat over medium-low and stir until the butter melts and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. 3. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. While the salmon is baking, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt if desired.
  5. 5. Plate the salmon fillets and drizzle the orange Dijon sauce generously over them. Add the sautéed green beans on the side and garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Dutch Salmon with Orange Dijon Sauce as a high-protein, flavorful dinner.
