- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg

Instructions
- 1. Cut 1 lb of boned, skinned chicken breast into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- 2. Dredge the chicken pieces in 1 cup of flour and let them stand for 15 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and let them stand for 10 minutes.
- 4. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in flour again, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F. Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
- 6. Cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions and divide between serving bowls.
- 7. Spoon bouillon sauce over the rice and top with the fried chicken pieces.
- 8. Garnish with 1/4 cup of peanuts, 2 chopped green onions, and a drizzle of soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
